Loving this crochet life

Hello everyone that takes the time to check this out. My mom;). I am going to try to post a few pictures of things I have been working on. I have been working on orders for the little sneaker booties. Seems like everyone wants purple. I do love purple , but cant wait to get into the new roll of pink I have, Or that Red Heart Mint green super saver. I will try to be better about getting a post on here more often . Just had a few things in the fire lately. More on that later. Have a great day.

Hi, My name is Connie. I love to crochet. I mean it I love it. My Grandmother taught me on my ninth birthday. For many many Years I could only make the granny square. And I did . Lots of them. Big ones and small ones. Then came the internet and you tube. And the rest will be history. Through out the years I have made things to sell and made a little side money here and there. My grandmother, Helen had been a single mom in her twenties and I have always thought that she taught me this craft to have and avenue to help myself if I ever needed to. So enter you tube. I have taught myself quiet a lot by watching crochet videos and have began to sell some of the items I plan to post on here. Every day I try to complete a project so I feel like I can contribute income to my household. So I thought I would write a blog as a tribute to Maw-maw and share my projects with others . I am going to try everyday to post an entry. So that's a challenge for me. And to also get a project done to share with ya'll. I will be changing the title to Helen's Hook later. Now there seems to be a problem with the edit button so that will be done later.. So here goes with my first post at Helen's Hook.
